The date of departure corresponds to the day in which the room must be vacated by 11.00 max.


Booked rooms will be available to arriving guest from 14.00 on the arrival date.
Luggage can be left at Reception starting from the early morning.


Any customer requiring a room with cooking facilities, or needing to check in before 14.00 h., must specify it in the additional requirement section of the booking form.

Please indicate in your booking:

- arrival and departure date
- arrival time
- type of room required (single, double, triple)
- the type of bed required (twin or double)
- if you need a parking place

BOOKING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
- Bookings must be cancelled within 7 days from the date in which the booking was made.
- If, after booking, customers do not arrive at the hotel, they are requested to pay the first night in full for all    booked rooms, and 60 % of the price for all subsequent nights and for all rooms booked.
- The hotel requires a deposit amounting to 50 % of the cost of the first night, for all rooms booked.
