Via Garibaldi and its Palaces
It was built in the Renaissance between 1550 and 1570 by Bernardino County from Cabio. Major Road, then called New Road and Via Garibaldi. Cathedral of San Lorenzo

The Old Port, the Expo and the Aquarium
The area has been built in the late eighties to celebrate the 500 th anniversary of the discovery of America, at the Expo 1992. The
whole area, designed by architect Renzo Piano, has now become a place
of leisure, entertainment, offering a range of proposals including
restaurants, museums, libraries, multiplex cinema and more.
The area of the Expo is the place, particularly in summer, cultural events, music, theater. Even
a simple walk is enough to discover picturesque corners of a port that
has kept the charm of the past with the old sea wall and entrance gates
to the city. The
Aquarium, considered the largest in Europe, is certainly the main
attraction of this area, attracting many tourists from all over the
world. The building is located near the Ponte Spinola, and has an extension in a building shaped like a large boat called Ship Italy. The Aquarium consists of 48 tanks in which numerous species of marine animals such as seals and dolphins.
